Spittor is the second of Bad Rap's subordinates. Unlike the other two Raptors, he wears no clothing. Spittor is the techno genius of the group and the one who built the Cyber Raptors. He carries a tank of various liquids that can be released from nozzles on his hands, tail, and mouth. After Bad Rap was freed from the Andes mountains, both Spittor and Haxx received the signal from their ship and arrived to Earth to cause mayhem and destruction.

- Unlike Haxx and Bad Rap, Spittor never received a figure at all.
- Spittor spoke with a more Peter Lory lisping voice.
- Between Dino-Vengers and Street Sharks and Extreme Dinosaurs, Spittor's color scheme is swapped, becoming a darker pink.
